Terms
Basic website, registration, application, and federation participation terms for the NMMAF platform.
11 May 2026
They are intended to provide practical federation rules for platform use. Final legal drafting, statutory references, and any additional federation rules should still be reviewed and formally approved by NMMAF leadership and legal advisers before public launch.
Anyone using the platform must do so lawfully, honestly, and in a way that respects federation rules, platform security, and the rights of other users. Access may be restricted, suspended, or removed where NMMAF considers that continued access is no longer appropriate.
Users must not use the platform to bypass federation review, manipulate event or member workflows, or access private records that are not intended for them. NMMAF may block, suspend, revoke, investigate, or archive activity where misuse is suspected or confirmed.
NMMAF may rely on submitted information to make administrative, membership, event, integrity, compliance, safeguarding, or payment-related decisions. False, misleading, incomplete, or improperly submitted information may result in rejection, restriction, suspension, revocation, delayed review, or other federation action where appropriate.
NMMAF may request clarification, request more information, place an application under review, approve it, reject it, archive it, or delay action where further checks are necessary. Approved membership remains subject to continuing federation rules, eligibility requirements, and operational review.
Member login and dashboard access are intended for approved NMMAF members whose records remain active. Suspended, expired, or revoked members may be blocked from dashboard access, member-only event registration, or related platform features.
A submitted registration does not automatically create a right to compete, attend, corner, officiate, or receive event access. NMMAF may review registrations, request clarification, reject registrations, waitlist participants, or impose further conditions before confirming participation.
A paid registration should not be treated as fully cleared until the platform verifies successful payment or NMMAF records an explicit manual paid or waived decision. Failed, incomplete, disputed, duplicated, or mismatched transactions may leave a registration pending or under review until NMMAF resolves the issue.
Where NMMAF records a waived or refunded status, that decision is a federation operational decision and does not by itself create a broader entitlement beyond the specific event workflow involved. External banking or finance processes may still apply outside the platform.
Users should only upload documents they are entitled to submit and should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive data where it has not been requested. NMMAF may disregard, restrict, remove, or archive material that is irrelevant, excessive, unsafe, unlawful, or improperly submitted.
Users remain responsible for truthful declarations, safe conduct, rule compliance, and cooperation with federation processes. Payment completion, public profile visibility, or prior approval in another workflow does not override a valid medical, integrity, safeguarding, or anti-doping restriction.
Users who enable public profile visibility understand that approved public-safe information may appear in NMMAF directories, rankings, and verification pages. NMMAF may limit, remove, or correct public information where operational, legal, safeguarding, or governance reasons require it.
Access to a public document, page, or verification result does not grant permission to alter official meaning, remove attribution, create false affiliation, or present private material as public federation content.
Some services may be unavailable, paused, changed, or withdrawn without permanent notice where maintenance, moderation, review, security issues, provider downtime, safeguarding concerns, or governance reasons require it. NMMAF does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every workflow at all times.
A restriction on access to one workflow may also affect related workflows where that is necessary to protect federation operations, event safety, or record integrity.
Questions about these terms should be directed to NMMAF through the public contact route or any official federation contact channel published on this platform.
These terms are intended to be practical and platform-specific, but they should still be reviewed and formally approved by NMMAF leadership and legal advisers before public launch.
