VOLUNTEERING WITH NMMAF

You can play a crucial role in NMMAF by serving as an NMMAF volunteer. As a Sports Federation, we look for volunteers who can support us with our daily operations and at events.

NMMAF is a growing Sports Federation and with that comes responsibility, the need to maintain high standards, innovate and introduce new initiatives that develop the integrity of the sport.  We have a truly diverse, modern, and multicultural organisation and our primary purpose is to further develop MMA in Nigeria in line with Global Best Practices.

Volunteering at events

Hosting NMMAF National Championships, Coaches and Referees Grading Seminars is no easy task. The help of everyone is needed and volunteers offer crucial support in all parts of the operation. Your tasks may include delivering equipment to athletes, assisting with athlete registration, content creation, supporting the media team or being part of delivering new processes.

As volunteers, you could be involved in assisting with event operations before, during and after the NMMAF Events. You will be expected to play an active role in creating a safe, positive, and exciting atmosphere that complies to NMMAF’s high standards and protocols, as well as contributing to the overall success of the NMMAF Events.

You will have a chance to get behind the scenes of our events, get closer to the action and play a role in making the event possible!

Who we are looking for?

We look for enthusiastic, motivated, and skilled individuals who are reliable and proactive, and can adapt and learn quickly. As a volunteer you gain lifetime skills and unique experiences whilst being part of a community that is working towards making a difference and building a thriving MMA ecosystem in Nigeria.

What is in it for you?

Working with NMMAF will give you the opportunity to immerse yourself into the world of MMA, learn about what we do, and develop your career skills as we push you to try new challenges.

You can make a positive impact for the sport and be part of the NMMAF team. Together, let’s continue working towards building a legacy!
